Why are we moving to a new Payment Platform?
We upgraded to a more modern, reliable system that improves your overall payment experience and supports our long-term service needs.
When is the new Payment Platform going live?
The new Payment Platform is now available. You can find more information in the communications sent via email and included with your monthly statement.
Will I need to create a new profile?
Yes. To access and manage your payments online, you’ll need to create a profile on the new Payment Platform and link your account.
Can I manage my payments myself?
Yes. You can securely manage your payments online, including making one-time payments, viewing your payment history, managing payment methods, and enrolling in AutoPay.
Will my existing AutoPay settings transfer over?
If you’re currently enrolled in ACH (bank account) AutoPay, your AutoPay enrollment has transferred automatically to the new Payment Platform. To view and manage your enrollment online, you’ll need to create a profile and link your account. If you’re currently enrolled in credit card or debit card AutoPay, you’ll need to re-enroll in AutoPay to continue automatic payments.
Will I be charged a processing fee?
A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions (not applicable in Puerto Rico; Colorado surcharge limited to 2%). There is no surcharge for debit card or E-check (ACH) payments.
Why is there now a credit card processing fee?
The processing fee reflects updated payment processing requirements. To avoid the processing fee, we recommend paying by ACH (bank account) or debit card.
Will I still be able to access my payment history?
Yes. Your payment history is available in the new Payment Platform, making it easy to view your past payments whenever you need them.
Can I have multiple contracts in my profile?
Yes. You can add multiple contracts to a single profile.
How do I access the new Payment Platform?
You can access the new Payment Platform by visiting
MemorialPlanning.com and selecting
My Account.
What if I need help?
If you have questions or need assistance, please contact your Family Service Counselor or the location that serves your account. We’ll be happy to help you create your profile, link your account, make a payment, or enroll in AutoPay.
Why can’t my card information be transferred?
Because credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee, we’re required to obtain your authorization before charging your card. As a result, if you use a credit card or debit card for AutoPay, you’ll need to re-enter your payment information.
